Fridays mean another week is over! This week seemed to go by so slow because I didn't have internet (lame, I know. But true.) so I gave up on willing the weekend to get here around wednesday, and friday kind of just crept up on me.
Lately I've just been thinking so much about everything. I have so many words crashing into each other in my head, all thinking they're the most important, so I have a bunch of partially thought-out ideas but no finished ones. I tried talking a few of them out to no avail. I sound really inarticulate and I get in this lame pre-teen mindset like "NO ONE UNDERSTANDS ME! RAWRRR." I don't think this even makes sense. I'm not trying to be cryptic, I'm just legitimately jumbled.
I have no real plans for the weekend. My physiology exam is next friday and I really should just study as much as I can this weekend, but I know how such plans always turn out. I've recently started watching Mad Men, and I really, really like it. It's set in the 60's and it stuns me at how well everything is recreated (not that I really know how things were back then, I'm just going off my tenth grade history knowledge) and acted. I'm five episodes into season one, so I think we can all successfully predict how my weekend is going to unfold. Do any of you guys watch it? None of my friends do, but it's definitely a step up from Gossip Girl (which I'm starting to get bleh about. Hilary Duff cannot act! fdjkgds and it's getting so ridiculous and terrible and unrealistic. I mean, I know it was always unrealistic, but they're in college and all they do is find out about lost sibling and date movie stars and rig their family's elections. this was a long parentheses. oops.)
So yeah. Mad Men and some physiology sprinkled about. And enough thinking to give me headaches. I miss my sisters, in unrelated news. A lot. : (
xox,
loveacrosstheocean.
Yes Mad Men is fantastic. The good news: it only gets better, but of course that is just my opinion...
ReplyDeleteI know how you feel about Gossip Girl ... I understand that much. Haha.
ReplyDeleteExcept for I actually go to NYU ... and that show makes NYU look like "a state school with roof access" ... of which it is neither. =/
I hope you get sorted out and manage to convince yourself to study for your test. I have an upcoming Particle Physics test that I hope I convince myself to study for, or else I will fail miserably.
